Selection of 995 casks from which 265.100 bottles of 75cl (and 13.030 bottles magnum of 150cl) were produced. On the winery selection table the best bunches were chosen, the perfect fruit for a traditional fermentation in wooden vats at controlled temperature. The wine is aged 14 months into new casks of French and American oak. Then the ageing is completed in our underground wine casks where it refines for more 10 months.
